      1. Examination of grievances of SCs/STs reffered by Association,
      2. Acknowledgement of receipts of communication from Association,
      3. Informating the Association about Govt. policies]
      4. Informal ameetings with Member(P) Pr. CPMG/CPMG/DDG(P)/PMG/DDG(PAF)/Divinsional Postal/R.M.S. Supdt./Director Postal Accounts with periodicity of Four in a year (i.e. Quarterly),
      5. Grant of Special causual leave attend informal meetings in circle offices/ postal Directorate.
      6. Supply of policy circulars/letter on reservation & establishment,
      7. Stay facility of the office bearers of the Association on visit to postal Directorate/Circle  Head quarters for informal meetings,
      8. Allotment of postal accommodation to the Association for offices at All India/Circle/Divisional levels,
      9. Identity Cards to two office Bearers in postal Directorate /circle Head quarters /All India levels

      11. Included the name of Secretary General of All India Postal SC/ST Employees Welfare Association (REGD.) in the list of members as Co-opted Member of “Postal Staff Welfare Board “ and Sport Board At All India level. Hon, ble MOS (C &IT) & Chairman of PSSWD agreed to extend this facility in all circle welfare/Sports Boards vide item No. 14 of 11th meeting of PSSWB dt. 16.5.2012 circulated vide DDG (T) O>M>NO> 1-01/2009-WL&Sports dt. 11. 06. 2012.

    • MEMBERSHIP & Monthly Subscription: Any Employee belonging to SC/ST and working in Postal Department can be enrolled as member of Association on submission of request in presser………………….membership form along with Membership fee Rs.20/-.

      A member after enrollment has to pay monthly subscription of Rs.20/- per month regularly either direct or through deduction from salary.
      Membership is to be ceased of on default in payment of monthly subscription continuously for six months.

      Note: Sh. Braham Pal, being the founder of Association & having experience of more than 30 years, is still extending his services of the Association as “Chief Advisor” at Central Level.

    • Set up & Field: This Association has three stages set up i.e. All India (Central Body), Circle & Divisions/Units. The elections of Central/Circle/Divisional executive Committees are held in 3yrs. 2 yrs. 1 yr, respectively. There are central & circle working committees which are required to meet once in six months or three in a/year to discuss important issues relating to the organisation and problem etc.
      There is one ‘high power committee’ also which has to look into the months of disputes within Association and finally takes decisions, keeping in view all aspects.
